Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Six months to one year of manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and production documents Basic math skills including measuring, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures Intermediate computer skills for entering production data and reports Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Set up machines accurately using proper setup techniques Identify and report non-conforming or defective materials Feed materials into machines and monitor production operations Stack, bundle, wrap, and palletize finished products for transfer Monitor sheet quality and machine performance throughout production Ensure finished products are properly stacked, wrapped, and transferred to conveyors Complete production reports and enter data into computer systems Provide operator coverage when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Cross-train on additional production equipment and assist with other assigned duties

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
