THE COMPANY YOU WILL BE JOINING:A nationwide leader in the equipment rental industry with a strong commitment to innovation and operational excellenceActively modernizing its enterprise systems to support a rapidly growing sales organizationKnown for fostering cross-functional collaboration across HR, Sales, Finance, and ITFocused on empowering its workforce through data-driven decision making and scalable compensation infrastructureOffers a dynamic work environment where employees are encouraged to grow, contribute, and leadWHAT THEY OFFER YOU:A dynamic and collaborative environment with hands-on training and mentorshipThe opportunity to become a technical expert in Varicent and other leading SPM/ICM toolsExposure to cross-departmental business strategy and enterprise data systemsDirect impact on business-critical compensation processesCompetitive pay, strong benefits package, and career development opportunitiesLOCATION: Hybrid – Fort Mill, SCWHAT YOU WILL DO:Serve as a Power User and technical lead for the company’s incentive compensation management platformDesign, configure, and maintain models and workflows within Varicent to ensure accurate and efficient commission processingCollaborate with HR, IT, Sales, and Finance to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsSupport the ongoing evolution of incentive programs through data modeling, logic development, and reporting enhancementsIdentify process improvements and automation opportunities within the commissions infrastructurePartner closely with a senior commissions expert to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with business goalsHOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:1–3 years of hands-on experience with incentive compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or similar platformsStrong understanding of data modeling, business logic, and workflow configurationProficiency in Excel and comfort working with logical functions and formulasExperience writing basic queries and transforming business requirements into technical specificationsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailReference: 68712
