Job Title: Shift ManagerWeekly Hours: Varies Reports to: Shift Supervisor and/or Einstein's managerFLSA Designation: Hourly Prepared by: Human Resources Salary Range: $16-$17 per hourPosition Overview:As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!Shifts are available from 4-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun! We are currently looking for Part Time Crew for a shift between the 5am - 3pm work day.The Einstein Bros. Bagels Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Job Starting at $16.00/hour!Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool AND a free meal every shift!Team Member Responsibilities:Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich stationBe punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honestCreate a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and "Awesomeness"Maintain a neat and clean appearanceFollow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditionsBe a team playerQualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service skillsDependability is a must, follow schedule and arrive on timeReliable transportation Note: The bus stop is right in front of our store!Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift 40 pounds at a timeThis is a job advertisement for a franchised Einstein Bros.
