As a Hybrid Real Estate Agent & Apartment Locator in our Denver market, you will act as a trusted advisor for renters looking for their next home. You will source your own leads using our proven social media strategies, manage the client relationship from introduction to lease signing, and build a steady, predictable stream of rental commission to supplement and fund your sales business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Hustle: Leverage your networking skills and follow our blueprint to source warm renter leads via social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and your personal sphere.
Client Discovery & Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for your leads. Conduct thorough consultations to understand a client's budget, lifestyle, and neighborhood preferences.
Curate & Personalize: Utilize AptAmigo’s proprietary CRM and database to match clients with buildings that fit their criteria. Build tailored digital apartment lists and pitch options based on real-time market concessions.
Coordinate the Experience: Narrow down top choices with the client and collaborate with our internal Denver scheduling team to book a seamless day of property tours.
Guide and Close: Stay in constant communication with the client during their decision-making process, guiding them through the pipeline until they sign a lease.
Active Real Estate License: Required to close leasing transactions (and keep doing your buy/sell deals on the side!).
The "Hustle" Mindset: Because you will be self-sourcing your clients, you must be highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional Communication: Strong phone presence and a natural ability to build trust quickly with people (especially out-of-state relocators).
Adaptability & Organization: The Denver rental market moves fast. You must be comfortable managing multiple active clients at a time.
Financial Readiness: While leasing closes much faster than sales, commission cycles typically pay out 30 to 90 days after a lease is signed. Candidates should have a financial cushion to support themselves during their brief ramp-up period.
Beat the Market Slump: Unlike traditional residential buying/selling where a first deal can take 6 months, our agents frequently close their first rental deals within their first 2 weeks.
