Job Description Allure Intimate Apparel specializes in bra fittings, sleepwear, lingerie and shape wear. We help our customers, of every shape and every size, feel BEAUTIFUL! We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for selling products, managing staff, merchandising and providing customer services in a professional and warm retail setting. The ideal candidate likes working with all kinds of people, enjoys helping people feel good about themselves, wants a rewarding sales job and works well as a team. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of task management prioritization. Sales, sales management and customer service required. Uphold Allure's gold standard in customer service. Explain products and provide accurate bra fittings. Train new hires and engage in ongoing training as needed. Monitor and store operations and inventory. Enter and process customer orders. Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
