Warehouse Associate II - 1st Shift

Inventory Shipping And Receiving ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is critical to supporting the daily operations of our aerospace fittings manufacturing facility by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant shipment and receipt of materials, parts, and finished products.Job Responsibilities:Reviewing work orders and pulling inventory to support business needsLoading and unloading inventory within the stockroom/warehousePreparing inventory for various utilization throughout the production processTransport and move inventory throughout the facilityReceiving inventory from shipping docks: consumables, direct material, outside processingStaging outgoing product for shipmentsCreating documents and package for shipmentCoordinating with internal stakeholders on shipment dates and processReleasing product to the various departments within the facilityAccurately document inventory movements in ERP or inventory systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar)Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Production, and Purchasing to ensure material flow aligns with production schedulesPerform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and aerospace industry standardsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environmentMust be able to read and write detailed instructions and specifications in EnglishStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of inventory control systems and computer skills (email, Excel, ERP systems)Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with aerospace-grade packaging, documentation, and handling standards (e.g., MIL-STD)Forklift certification a plusKnowledge of fittings, hardware, and aerospace part specifications plus understanding of ITAR, EAR and other export compliance regulationsWorking Environment:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periodsManufacturing / warehouse settingCompensation Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
