QA Analyst

Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Job Title: Quality Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 4 months Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for ERP financial systems Create, manage, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) suites aligned to business requirements Translate detailed business and functional requirements into testable workflows and test scripts Perform testing activities within Oracle PeopleSoft, including functional, regression, and integration testing Conduct test automation within ERP environments, ideally leveraging Tricentis Tosca Design automated tests and test packs within ServiceNow Document defects, test results, and technical findings with high-quality technical writing Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, and Florida PALM agency stakeholders Support agency readiness tasks for the upcoming project wave, including validation of financial processes, data workflows, and integrations Ensure compliance with oversight standards from IV&V, FL DS, and the Executive Steering Committee Provide exceptional communication across teams, including verbal, written, and stakeholder-facing interactions Required Qualifications 3-5+ years QA testing experience Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle PeopleSoft Experience working within ServiceNow (testing and/or workflow utilization) Experience creating test documentation: Test plans UAT test suites Requirements translation Experience with test automation inside ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred) Experience with test automation within ServiceNow Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca Strong technical writing skills Exceptional communication skills Preferred Qualifications ISTQB certification(s) Familiarity with financial systems or financial business processes Our Commitment We would love to have you join our team!
