CNC Operator / Setup Machinist

Tsugami or Swiss setup/programming experience preferred

Pay: $20 - $32 per hour depending on experience

Location: St. Louis, MO area

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator / Setup Machinist to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Candidates with Swiss machining and/or Tsugami setup and programming experience are strongly preferred. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines in a production environment
Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
Read blueprints and verify parts to print specifications
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining or production issues as needed
Maintain production quality and efficiency standards
Support production runs while maintaining tight tolerances
Work closely with production and quality teams

Qualifications

CNC setup and operation experience required
Tsugami/Swiss experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers/calipers
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and production quality
