Patient Service Coordinator

Seeking a highly motivated Patient Services Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role in New Providence, NJ, this position will manage benefit verifications, medication authorizations, and communication with patients and physician offices in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Perform benefit verification for insurance and therapy changes, including new and reauthorizations Create and update EMR notes, submit electronic faxes, and manage recertification documentation Communicate effectively with patients, physician offices, and the sales team regarding authorization requests Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business preferred Experience with infusion therapy patients and prior authorizations is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CPR+ or Caretend software Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
