Machine Operator - Band-Saw

Shift : Mon - Fri 7 AM - 3:15 PM plus overtime on weekends Job Type : Full-time Pay : $17.00 per hour Responsibilities Setting up and operating machinery and all auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently. Troubleshooting machine issues, making adjustments, and referring major problems to Team Leader, Supervisor, or Maintenance. Locating unfinished product in the warehouse and bringing it to the conversion area by cart or hand‑truck (no lift truck). Placing product on bandsaw and trimming to customer specifications per order ticket. Packaging finished product and labeling it in the prescribed manner. Manually moving finished product to the staging area. Keeping accurate product data and records as required. Maintaining good housekeeping/5S standards in the work area. Providing on‑the‑job training for new operators, as appropriate. Qualifications At least 6 months experience operating machinery. Basic arithmetic skills. Ability to read a measuring tape. High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred). Manufacturing experience 1 year (Preferred). Night shift (Required). Entry‑level seniority. Benefits 401(k) with matching. Employee Assistance Program.
