We are seeking a seasoned Front of House General Manager with large-scale, high-volume restaurant management experience to lead our strongest team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Lead, train, and motivate a large FOH team with strong operational discipline;
• Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Manage inventory levels and ordering
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Partner with ownership and leadership to drive performance and growth

• Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Proven management experience in large-scale / high-volume restaurants (required)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage complex operations
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities

This is a senior-level management role - not entry-level.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Great leadership skills
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
