Plant Operator

Overview Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment in a clean energy startup focused on advanced iron purification. Key Responsibilities Run and optimize plant processes Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting Track production data Follow safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout) Requirements 3+ years operating chemical or liquid-based plant LOTO experience required SCADA or DCS experience preferred (higher pay) Work Environment Training in Boulder; long-term role in Broomfield 12-hour rotating day/night shifts PPE required (lab coat, hard hat, safety glasses, steel toes) Why Apply Fast-growing startup, build-from-scratch facility Full benefits + PTO + 401k Job Type & Location This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Broomfield, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
