Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services using adaptive equipment and tools for rehabilitation.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hand therapy techniques, including splinting and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and families on therapy routines and safety measures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care management.
• Document and track patient progress using Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current CA Occupational Therapy License required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CHT - Certified Hand Therapist preferred.
• AOTA Hand/Upper Extremity certification preferred.
• Master’s or Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hand clinic and adult outpatient settings.
