Job Description As a Security Guard Guest Registration in Chicago, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants and visitors. You will manage access, respond to security-related concerns, support daily operations, and provide exceptional customer service using computer or tablet systems. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You\'ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building personnel at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records. Monitor building access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate. Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide directions and general building information, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access-control practices. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
