THE ROLE

You'll join the Clarify Renewals Department on the front line of our client relationships. Every day, you'll call business owners we've already funded, find out what they need next, and set appointments for our senior team.

✅ Warm conversations instead of cold calls

✅ Real coaching instead of being thrown in the deep end

✅ First 3–6 months are prospecting only, with your manager coaching you directly

WHAT YOU'LL DO

▪️ Reconnect with clients and find their next funding opportunity

▪️ Qualify interest in more capital, better terms, or new products

▪️ Set and confirm appointments with clean, detailed handoffs

▪️ Learn working capital, lines of credit, equipment financing, and SBA loans

YOUR PATH

Junior SDR ➡️ Client Success Representative

Hit your benchmarks during your ramp and you'll move up to manage your own book of clients. Your effort and results set the ceiling, not your tenure.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $50,000

Uncapped commission on every funded renewal

First-year OTE: $70,000–$80,000

Major upside once promoted to Client Success Manager
