Zoho Expert & Automation Specialist (Commercial Real Estate/Lending)

What You’ll Do CRM Cleanup & Data Management: Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM. Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment. Workflow Automation: Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module. Automate lead‑to‑deal conversion and reduce manual processes. Build task automation to maximize team productivity. Reporting & Dashboards: Create real‑time dashboards for key company KPIs. Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health. Empower leadership with data‑driven decision‑making. Customer Portals & Engagement: Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients. Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress. Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions. AI & Integration: Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.). Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform. Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience with Zoho One applications, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow. Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions. Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals. Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions.
