What You'll Do:
As a Shift Supervisor , you'll be the go-to person for leading and supporting our team during your shift. Here's how you'll make it happen:

• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.
• Lead the Team: Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.
• Train and Develop: Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.
• Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.
• Stay Organized: Manage store cleanliness, safety, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring the following:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.
• Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.
