If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.As a Field Services Enablement Specialist, Technical Consulting at Ridgeline, you will serve as the subject matter expert for technical implementation methodologies and integration best practices across our services organization. You will bridge Product and Consulting by guiding implementation teams, enabling consulting partners, and developing scalable frameworks that drive consistent, high-quality technical implementations. Your work will directly influence how customers integrate with Ridgeline's platform, helping accelerate partner readiness, standardize delivery, and improve implementation quality across a growing ecosystem of consulting partners. The impact you will have Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Ridgeline's technical implementation methodology, including API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivityPartner closely with Product Management to translate new product capabilities and customer feedback into scalable implementation standards and best practicesDefine, document, and continuously improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagementsBuild and maintain a delivery assurance framework that ensures partner-led implementations consistently meet Ridgeline's quality standardsEnable and support third-party consulting partners through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, and structured shadowing opportunitiesDevelop and own technical learning paths and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy, preparing internal consultants and partner consultants to independently lead customer implementationsProvide strategic guidance for complex customer implementations, helping implementation teams navigate challenging integration architectures and technical design decisionsCollaborate with consulting teams, sales teams, and implementation partners to design scalable integration solutions for sophisticated investment management organizationsIdentify implementation inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and lead change management efforts that improve consistency and scalability across the services organizationCapture feedback from customer implementations and partner engagements to influence product enhancements, implementation tooling, and delivery methodologiesBuild scalable partner enablement frameworks that reduce partner ramp time and support an expanding ecosystem of implementation partnersFoster a collaborative environment by openly sharing knowledge, mentoring consultants, and promoting a culture rooted in ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement What we look for 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong emphasis on technical integrationsExperience implementing B2B software, ideally within the investment management or financial services industryDeep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, system-to-system integrations, and enterprise integration architecturesWorking knowledge of Python or Java used within implementation or integration environmentsExperience building, standardizing, or improving implementation methodologies across multiple customer engagementsDemonstrated experience enabling, mentoring, onboarding, or training consultants, partners, or customer-facing teamsAbility to influence and drive adoption of new implementation standards without direct management authorityStrong consulting presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience partnering with Product Management to influence product direction through implementation insights and customer feedbackStrong curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for continuously improving implementation quality and operational efficiencyWillingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domainAn aptitude for problem solving and clear communication in fast-paced environmentsSerious interest in having fun at work Bonus Experience implementing investment management platforms or front-, middle-, and back-office investment workflowsFamiliarity with vendors and integration patterns commonly used within the investment management industryExperience with REST API's, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise integration platformsExperience building learning programs, certification content, or enablement curriculumExperience leading partner enablement or consulting partner ecosystemsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Slack About Ridgeline Ridgeline is the first front-to-back system of record for investment managers. Compensation and Benefits The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.
