COMPENSATION

• Base salary range: $135,000 - $144,000 (depending on experience)
• Year two: Production bonus added to base
• Sign-on / loan repayment: Available; details provided on inquiry

PRACTICE AND TEAM

• This is a 100% outpatient primary care role with a dedicated mentorship structure: two experienced physicians and a skilled PA who are actively involved in your development. Onboarding is tailored to your experience level, not a one-size-fits-all ramp.
• Mentorship: 2 physicians and 1 PA, directly invested in your growth
• Support: Strong MA and clinic team
• Professional development: ThriveAP enrollment (structured NP/PA advancement program)
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, flexible based on experience

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
