Carrier Compliance CoordinatorThe Carrier Compliance Coordinator ensures carriers meet safety and insurance requirements while supporting daily operations. This role resolves carrier and driver issues, collaborates across teams to reduce risk, and serves as a key point of contact for both carriers and internal stakeholders. The role also focuses on delivering timely support and maintaining accurate carrier records.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmCompensation: $21/hr$500 Sign-on Bonus!!!Essential Job DutiesQualify, onboard, and integrate carriers into the transportation management system in accordance with established procedures.Provide phone coverage, triage incoming calls, and route inquiries to appropriate team members.Verify and maintain carrier compliance with insurance and safety requirements using DOT and FMCSA data.Respond to inbound driver calls regarding EPOD-related issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions.Communicate professionally with carriers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.Maintain accurate carrier records and ensure data integrity within internal systems.Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to special projects as assigned.All other duties as assigned by management.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.Some experience with order entry or a similar administrative role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry is preferred.Some experience with customer service is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Positive attitude, team player.Ability to multi-task.Intermediate-level data entry skills.Ability to work independently.Willingness to learn and assume responsibility.Personal responsibility to manage change.Work EnvironmentGeneral office conditions.
