We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

QA-CRM Tester 
Minimum 6+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:Test Planning and Execution: Developing test strategies, plans, and test cases, as well as executing manual and automated tests. Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in a bug-tracking system. Collaboration: Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure the quality of the CRM system. 
Documentation: Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. 
Performance Testing: Assessing the performance and scalability of the CRM system. 
Automation: Utilizing automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency. 
Requirement Analysis: Understanding business requirements and translating them into test scenarios. 
Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM testing. 
Skills and Qualifications:
CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
Testing Skills: Strong testing skills, including test case development, test execution, and defect identification. 
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and propose solutions. 
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting defects and collaborating with team members. 
Automation Skills: Experience with automation tools and frameworks is often preferred. 
Knowledge of SDLC: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. 
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is often required.
