Job Title & Position Logistics Specialist - Novi, MI Job Category: Logistics Job Summary The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for designing transportation network optimization models supporting multi‑plant customer networks, improving utilization and service performance. The role provides Supply Chain support to our global industry and regional business teams. Compensation & Schedule Work type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $55,000 per year based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hybrid, in office on Wednesday) Essential Functions Involvement in the sales process: work with sales and operations to develop concepts, implementation of their designs, and assisting operations management with continuous improvement. Provide proposal support, data gathering and analysis and acquire product knowledge. Adhere to process methodologies. Involvement in the design and engineering of supply chain services that include Network Analysis, Transportation, Distribution Management, Strategy, multi-client and Process Management. Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required - Industrial Engineering or Business. One (1) year or more industry related experience required.
