Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students for the 2026-27 school year with a contract-to-hire opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students develop their communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience working with K-12 populations, including varied abilities and ages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic school environment

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and track student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, classroom staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation according to district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities
