Sleep Number Retail Sales Manager Sleep Number® is a leader in personalized sleep wellness. We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing sales team, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive business results in a fast‑paced retail environment. The Opportunity – What You’ll Do Ensure a world‑class customer experience by guiding customers through a personalized sleep solution selection process. Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members, providing timely, relevant follow‑up and employee coaching. Lead store operations, including recruiting, managing, training, and performance management to meet productivity, compliance, and team effectiveness goals. Leverage company programs and tools to generate local market awareness and drive store traffic. Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results, hold self and team accountable for becoming trusted “Sleep Experts,” and consistently exceed sales goals. What You Bring 3+years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals, preferably in a high‑end or specialty retail environment. Success in recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining top talent. Adept at using technology required for store operations (POS systems) and sales presentations (interactive demonstrations, iPad). Ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented work environment and a commitment to continuous improvement. Motivated by a pay‑for‑performance compensation plan and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Authorized to work in the United States with demonstrated English language proficiency. Second language skills encouraged. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education and training preferred. What You’ll Get Base salary range of $76,000–$89,000 annually with uncapped commission and bonus potential; guaranteed base pay of $23.10 per hour.
