Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse ICU to provide expert, compassionate care for high-acuity patients in our intensive care unit. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and critical drips, monitor hemodynamics, and respond quickly to changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and follow evidence-based protocols.
