Required Qualifications \n\nProfessional Engineer (PE) License required (Ohio PE strongly preferred)\n2+ years of engineering experience\nExperience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams\nProficiency with AutoCAD\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field\nExperience with construction administration and field/site visits\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Engineering to lead and oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting multifamily housing projects. This individual will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering and architectural staff, manage project execution, ensure quality standards, and serve as the primary engineering leader for the office.
