DaZZee is looking for a rockstar to join our team as a Technical Intern. If you are in college, or just beginning your career in the I.T. Field and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training from a highly skilled technical team - we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities will include;

Managing client expectations for support requests regarding server/network/ and security issues
Accurately and efficiently addressing client support requests
Being intensely focused on standards and alignment in client environments
Being able to communicate effectively and clearly
Adding a human touch to technical services
Thinking logically and systematically to solve issues
Following and documenting processes
Having fun being a part of a team that is helping businesses grow in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas

We are looking for the following in potential candidates for the position;

A desire to work in a fun and a rapidly growing environment
A aptitude and hunger to learn new technologies and grow their experience
A positive "Can-do" attitude
An extremely detail oriented personality
Great communication skills with a high value placed upon customer experience
MUST BE LOCAL TO BRANSON OR KANSAS CITY

Intern positions have the option to transition to full-time positions after a period of training, evaluation, and successful supervised performance. Evaluation period will be determined by relevant experience and aptitude for the given technology areas assigned.
