Locations Showing 1 location Tewksbury, 553 Main Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876, USA Responsibilities Promote the store's strategic vision and drive profits through effective leadership. Hire, lead, and develop all store associates; manage staffing needs within base-scheduling guidelines. Lead the development of reporting store leaders to increase capacity and succession planning. Ensure store presentation complies with company standards including merchandising, maintenance, and cleanliness. Coordinate with Buyers for proper ordering and communication. Comply with operational, merchandising, visual policies, procedures, and programs. Monitor customer service to meet company and customer expectations. Develop and promote a stable, knowledgeable store organization. Maintain relationships with Performance Support Manager, HR Business Partner, District Asset Protection Manager, and District Team Leader. Manage freight flow, backroom organization, and 24-hour freight turnaround. Education and Experience Previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Attributes Effective Communicator: strong communication skills and ability to build a culture of trust and respect.
