Case Manager - Permanent Supportive Housing
Downtown Women's Center
Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager to work with individuals experiencing homelessness. This position focuses on providing comprehensive case management to promote housing stability and well-being for residents in Project Based programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with residents, conducting assessments, linking them to resources, and developing Individual Service Plans. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in case management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Downtown Women's Center
