The Human Resources Department at Millennium covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a strong working environment and culture that attracts, engages and retains top talent across the firm.What You'll DoCoordinate end-to-end planning and execution for team events, including logistics, room bookings, digital course setup, catering, printing, and technology supportPartner directly with external vendors to manage event-day logistics and help ensure smooth deliveryMaintain event calendars, manage participant communications, and support feedback collection processesServe as a point of contact for attendees, responding to questions and helping create a positive participant experiencePrepare statements of work and support invoice tracking and payment processingTrack, organize, and maintain event documentation, including budgets, materials, and rostersWhat You BringPrior event management experience preferredStrong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to workAbility to work effectively as part of a teamClear, professional communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSalary RangeMillennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
