This role involves operating various types of heavy equipment to support construction and utility projects, ensuring efficient and safe completion of tasks. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, trenchers, and other construction machinery in a safe and efficient manner. \* Perform daily pre-operation inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues or defects promptly. \* Load and unload materials, excavate trenches, grade surfaces, and perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. \* Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations. \* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel on site. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is properly secured after use. \* Assist with manual labor tasks when not operating equipment, as needed. \* Follow project plans and specifications accurately to ensure quality workmanship. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent. \* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience operating various types of heavy construction equipment. \* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred. \* Proven ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently, with a strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations. \* Knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations. \* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and other construction documents. \* Strong communication and teamwork skills. \* Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. \* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
