The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative will serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact within a small team. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling both in-person visitors and phone inquiries, and coordinating appointments during standard business hours without weekend or holiday shifts. The ideal candidate will effectively utilize standard office software, CRM systems, and phone systems, ensuring smooth communication and efficient customer service.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and visitor reception
• Engage with customers in-person and via phone calls
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Assist visitors with inquiries and directions
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and CRM systems
• Problem-solving skills and team collaboration experience
