Senior Executive Assistant

Extension is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Waukesha, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to a North American executive leader
• Manage a complex calendar with heavy meeting volume and changing priorities
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, passports, visas, and expense reporting
• Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external business partners
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, agendas, and meeting materials
• Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support multiple projects and executive initiatives while ensuring deadlines and commitments are met
• Assist with office management and administrative operations in a dynamic global environment

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Salary Information

• $45- $50/hour
