Job Opportunity – Mammography Technologist – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour (07:00 - 18:00), approximately 20 visits per day in a 2-room mammography department. No weekend requirement. 13-week assignment.

Highlights:

• Reduced non-billable orientation of only 15 hours versus standard 40 hours
• First-time travelers with relevant experience welcome to apply
• Focused outpatient and inpatient mammography department serving adult and geriatric populations
• Interdisciplinary support with radiology team in a collaborative care environment
• No call or mandatory weekend coverage required
• Limited time off requests accepted (no more than 7 days during assignment)

Requirements:

• Valid California state license in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
• ARRT-R and BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in 3-D mammography, diagnostic and screening mammograms, stereotactic biopsy, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and isolation precautions/PPE
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Ability to float to affiliate facilities as needed
