Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living capabilities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in sync with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer comprehensive, integrated care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy practices to encourage continued advancement in their daily lives

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment as necessary, ensuring patients remain aligned with their goals

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
