Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity

Sanford Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a well-supported, collaborative MFM team in Fargo, North Dakota. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice consultative MFM within a growing Women's Health program supported by strong partnerships, advanced technology, and a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists.

Join a dedicated team of 2 Board-Certified MFM physicians, 3 experienced advanced practice providers, and 23 genetic counselors. Consult-only practice with shared telephone call. Collaborative management of the inpatient Antepartum Service alongside Ob/Gyn partners. No deliveries required. Work with 13 Ob/Gyn colleagues in a strong, collegial environment. New, state-of-the-art Labor & Delivery Unit. High-risk obstetrics supported by a Level IV NICU. Robust pediatric subspecialty availability, including 3 Pediatric Surgeons and 1 Pediatric Neurosurgeon. Close partnership with reproductive endocrinology and infertility colleagues and a thriving IVF program. Opportunities to participate in regional outreach and expanded program development.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Competitive compensation package includes: Annual compensation of $645,000 for the first 2 years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
