Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney specializing in energy and regulatory matters in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on advising data center developers and large energy users. Responsibilities Advise clients on energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions. Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. Communicate complex legal matters effectively in both oral and written form. Participate in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state public utility commissions. Requirements 3-6+ years of significant law firm experience in relevant fields. Experience with digital infrastructure and large-scale energy procurement. Proactive with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking approach. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong work ethic and team player attitude. Excellent communication and client service skills.
