Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available in our skilled nursing facility.

We are looking for dependable, compassionate LPNs who value teamwork and take pride in providing quality care to residents.

Pay

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Complete accurate electronic documentation

• Communicate and coordinate with the nursing and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
