• Lead healthcare and institutional projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and building code compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and design consultants.
• Oversee production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Review and guide technical work of junior staff.
• Mentor and support emerging professionals within the team.
• Participate in project meetings and client discussions.
• Support project coordination across all phases of delivery.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
• 5-6 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience as a Project Architect or Project Lead preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Revit required.
• Experience with tools like Enscape or Bluebeam is a plus.
