Tier 2 IT Support & Cloud Technician

Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a professional IT support background with 2–5 years of hands-on experience.
• MSP experience is strongly preferred.
• We expect solid administration skills in Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 is required.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and customer service skills are essential.
• You should be able to work independently and juggle priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-104 is a plus.
• Security exposure with MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender is desirable.
• Firewall experience with platforms such as Fortinet, Meraki, or Sophos is beneficial.
• Interest in AI, automation, or modern workplace technology is preferred.

• We handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations coming from the service desk.
• We own support tickets from start to finish and work directly with clients.
• We administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• We manage endpoints using Intune and RMM tooling.
• We carry out backup, restore, and recovery activities.
• We troubleshoot basic to intermediate network and firewall issues.
• We take part in a shared, compensated on-call rotation.
• We produce clear and accurate technical documentation.
• We contribute to project work such as Microsoft 365 migrations and platform improvements.
• We support security hardening and modernization initiatives.
• We assist with AI readiness and adoption efforts.
• We help clients use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• We support workflow automation and process enhancement projects.
• We test, document, and assist with emerging AI and automation solutions as our practice expands.
