Full-cycle Recruiter Location: Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday | Remote Fridays Employment Type: 3-6 Month Contract ($24-$29/HR) Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce priorities. Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms and internal systems. Source, screen, and conduct phone interviews for hourly and operational positions. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience. Extend verbal offers and coordinate offer details with HR and leadership teams. Track recruiting activity and hiring progress within ATS systems. Assist with recruitment marketing efforts, hiring events, and workforce pipeline initiatives. Support recruiting metrics reporting, including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and source effectiveness. Onboarding & Pre-Employment Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including new hire paperwork and onboarding schedules. Manage pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screens, physicals, and other required testing. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Process and maintain employee records within HRIS/ATS systems. Support new hire orientation and onboarding communication. Partner with operations and HR teams to ensure new hires are prepared for Day 1 success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related HR function. Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting and hiring processes preferred. Knowledge of hiring best practices, pre-employment screening, and onboarding coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ATS and HRIS systems; experience with UKG is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with strong attention to detail.
