Estimator & Customer Experience Lead

The Boyd Group Services Upper Marlboro location is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process. Responsible for documenting repairs, parts replacements, and ensuring alignment with the shop's KPIs, you will support the team, participate in training, and maintain compliance with DRP programs while providing reliable estimates that drive repairs and #J-18808-Ljbffr Boyd Group Services
