Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hr. (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses
Position: Full-Time

For over 20 years, The Master's has built Gainesville's finest outdoor spaces. Our Landscape Install & Enhancement team handles everything from custom plant designs, sod overhauls, and rock/mulch transformations to commercial property upgrades.

Requirements:Must-Have Qualifications (Read Before Applying)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort performing heavy physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs., shoveling, grading) outdoors in Florida heat.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to our Gainesville shop for early morning rollout.
- Experience: Prior experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or heavy outdoor construction.
