SUNDARA Medical is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Certified Nurse Midwife to launch and grow our women's health division from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), licensed in Utah
• Board certified and in good standing
• Strong women's health clinical experience
• Established patient panel, referral network, or strong community presence preferred
• Credentialed with payers (or able to become credentialed quickly)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and driven

Compensation

This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
We are not a sit-back-and-collect-a-paycheck environment.

Compensation is structured for providers who want to work, produce, and be rewarded for it.

We offer a flexible model tailored to the right candidate, including:

• Base salary + aggressive production incentives

• Percentage of collections

High-performing providers have the opportunity to significantly exceed traditional salary ranges based on volume, efficiency, and drive.
