The team is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch interview experience that reflects Harvey's brand and pace of growth. This role drives the operational backbone of recruiting — owning end-to-end interview coordination, candidate communications, and scheduling logistics for a fast-scaling office. The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders across the US and globally to ensure every candidate interaction is thoughtful and efficient. It is a rare opportunity to help build the coordination function in one of Harvey's newest and most dynamic markets.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across the G&A, GTM, and Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring a smooth and timely processServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering an exceptional and on-brand experiencePartner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communicationsMaintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes to support team efficiency and accuracySupport onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the operations team scalesWhat You Have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar fast-paced operational roleExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset and the ability to represent Harvey's brand to external audiencesComfort working in a hybrid environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a high-growth settingExperience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and modern scheduling toolsA proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a bias toward action and continuous improvementWork Location & Schedule ExpectationsThis is a 6-month hybrid position based out of our New York or San Francisco officeYou’ll be expected to work onsite on days when in-person candidate interviews are scheduled, and collaborate with the team both in-office and remotelyLogisticsThis is a 40-hour-per-week, 6-month contract role.
