Physical Therapist
A full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services across acute care, inpatient, and skilled nursing settings in Wisconsin Dells. This position offers a varied caseload in a collaborative environment focused on delivering quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
In this role, the Physical Therapist will perform daily evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments to patients across hospital and skilled nursing settings. Working closely with a collaborative teamincluding occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, and case managersthe PT ensures continuity and quality of care throughout each patient's stay. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, reassessing needs, and adjusting care plans. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques to support recovery beyond the facility and actively participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings to promote safe, effective transitions.
