Test HVAC equipment and other gas appliances for the purchase of a home or residence. Test Gas logs, gas/electric dryers, gas/electric stoves, furnaces, air conditioners, etc... ensure these appliances are all installed properly and working. Pressure test gas lines. Take good clear photos and fill out a report generator with findings and issues. Relay this information to the clients, agents and home inspectors in a professional manor.
