The SM will lead the management team to ensure execution of organizational objectives and initiatives and achievement of store and profit goals. The SM is responsible for customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards and profitability. The SM will select, develop and effectively lead a highly engaged team. The SM ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to become Fast, Fresh Friendly./ppPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliSupervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance of all management and associates./liliEnsure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input and information through various communication vehicles. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all customers./liliManage all matters relating to associates and the store team recruiting, hiring, training, coaching associate engagement and performance management./liliEnsure execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, practices and programs./liliAnalyze results and trends and prepares action plans to leverage the stores strengths and address areas of opportunity. Ensure the execution of all plans./liliEnsure future growth by executing a defined strategy to deliver the long range plan./liliPlan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business./liliEnsure profitability/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pMinimum Knowledge. Skills and Abilities:/pulliLeadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment./liliBachelors degree in business or related discipline preferred./liliAvailability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs./liliAbility to learn and utilize the stores computer applications./liliMust be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position./li/ulpWorking Conditions:/pulliRetail environment with occasional exposure to unpleasant working conditions including dust, extreme temperatures and potential contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products./liliSpends the majority of the shift standing with frequent bending and lifting./liliIn inclement weather conditions, employees may be expected to assist with efforts to maintain full store operations./li/ul/div
