Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources, contributing to a holistic understanding of their needs. \n
- Facilitate evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to address specific mental health concerns. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that lay out clear therapeutic goals and interventions, and regularly assess progress through ongoing collaboration with clients. \n
- Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment plans through collaborative multidisciplinary meetings. \n
- Implement crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments and safety planning to support client stability during critical moments. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, helping clients and their families understand mental health and develop coping strategies. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
