CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Encompass Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and support recovery of daily living and functional skills. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and promote a safe, motivating environment that reflects our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and professional growth.
